Kindergarten - English

Hi all,

I am looking for a good kidergarten in the Fanling and Sheung Shui vicinity which teaches in English.

Also being new to HK, I came to know that one need to register in advance for the kids to join good schools.

I really appreciate if some of you who is having the knowledge of systems here can help me out with this.

Hong Lok Yuen International in Tai Po has a very good reputation, though it's pricey.
