Our 3.5 year old daughter is currently attending Woodland Montessori in the Mid-levels. We are happy with the school and teachers. One of the main reasons we chose Woodland is proximity to home as most of the schools we looked at could not guarantee the school bus pick up would be in a convenient location. We also wanted to give our daughter the opportunity to learn Mandarin and their bi-lingual classes fit the bill.
We are now looking to move to Lohas Park and need to find a suitable pre-school for our daughter. Based on her personality (strong willed and independent) I don't think she would suit a strict traditional school, but we do need teachers that are firm with her at the same time. What kindergardens around TKO/ Lohas Park / Sai Kung would you recommend? I'd be keen to hear people's feedback on schools around that area - Woodland Sai Kung, Garden House, Zenith, Greenfield, Habitat? I'm willing to have my daughter travel by bus to school, but 30 mins bus ride is my limit. Woodland seems like a natural move, the only issue is the bus ride might be too long from Lohas Park.
