my son has just started at SAI KUNG LOK YUK kindergarten. you'll know the one, the big white one on the corner. he seems to be settling in well. the teachers all speak ok english.
we chose this one because we wanted our son to speak chinese (his father is local). there are 3 or 4 western kids in his class and a few other mixed kids.
the classes, except English, are in chinese.
if you are a resident, you can apply for a gov't voucher and use it for this school.
a half day class costs $250/month or so, a full day is about $1200.
