I'm only 5w+1, hope it's not a big problem and won't effect my baby. Am I being too nervous?

P.s I don't drink coffee at all, sometimes just some fruit tea

You're being too nervous. Pregnant women can safely drink beverages containing caffeine up to a limit (Caffeine during pregnancy | BabyCenter).

And that's directly absorbed. Whether caffeine in skin products is even absorbed by the body is yet to be proven. Even if it were, I think the content would be way less than the daily allowance in the article above.

So relax, enjoy your pregnancy as much as possible and try not to let all the scaremongering get to you.

Thanks a lot Charade, as this is my first time, I know I am the way too nervous at the early stage, I will try to relax and hope I can pass the very important 3 months with ease. Again thank you so much for taking my anxiety away by replying to me,really appreciate your support😉

You should be fine. I couldn't give up my 1 cuppa every morning and my little guy turned out fine.

Relax and enjoy your pregnancy and join one of the GeoBaby due date groups.

Thanks a lot Charade, really a release from what you told me. As this is my first time, I couldn't help to feel nervous at this early stage.

Hope I could pass the first 3 months with ease.
