Hi mums to be !

I know it's not easy to have everyone on the same day at the same place, but I hope maybe most of you would be interested and could make it for the following :
Wednesday 24th february from 3.30 to 6 pm at the Grand Hyatt for the high tea.
Their buffet is just so appetizing, and the sofas are comfortable ;). Just make sure you don't eat too much before, and don't plan to go to the restaurant after !

For those who have kids, I always go with my son... if I take some little cars and keep an eye on him, I never had any problem... and with the ice-creams and cakes, there is a lot to keep them busy !

Hi, I'm so glad I found this forum. I am fairly new to Hong Kong having moved here last October and am pregnant with my first baby. My due date is August 19, 2010. I would love to get together for high tea on the 24th to meet everyone. =)
 
I actually think that I can't make it that day :( My mum will be leaving HK that day so we'll probably have a busy day getting her packed and sending her off to the airport...
 
Can't wait to meet you all ! I'll give all the details about the venue when we get closer to the day, but so far there are already 5 or 6 mums who will come.
Nicolejoy, just in case, it starts only from 3.30 pm to 6pm, maybe you'll be able to join at some time ?

I'll let you know - it really depends on a lot of stuff, I've got my amnio scheduled before then (if you've read my other thread) and things are pretty stressful at the moment (hence my mum coming over!!). I'm not sure what time she leaves... Just wondering, is it a possibility to bring her along too? Either that or I could leave her at home babysitting my daughter ;) ;)
 
For sure, I'm sure she would enjoy it too ! The most important for you is to get some rest, and if you can't make it that day we'll find some other occasions anyway.

when are you all due? Im due in late June and in the Apr - June due date club we have a gazillion due in April, a handful in May and only me in June. I might need to jump ship if there are a lot of you due in July

I'll make the booking (at Geobaby's name) tomorrow for 8 mums and 5 kids. As they will probably call me back the day before to check the booking, it will give us enough time to make any change, whether you can't make it or want to come with some more friends/family.
