I'm flying back to Ireland for a few weeks today (get the chance to share the news in person with family) so hopefully will catch up with the group in the next few outings.

Hi ladies, I am due 23 Jan (10.5wks ATM). I've been in HK for a year and moved from Sydney, Australia. I'm seeing Grace at central health too. Love her.
 
Hi All, any recommendations on pregnancy yoga or pilates classes in Kowloon? I live in TST and work in Tsuen Kwan O. I found a few in central, but it will be very inconvenient for me to go to Central after work. I will be checking with Pure Yoga this weekend. If there are any other suggestions, please share.

Just called them... they have classes on Wednesdays and Saturdays. HKD 210 per class. They also give discounts if one chooses 5 or 10 classes. Shall try out one class with them and then decide if I'd like to go for the package.

Anyone doing any evening / weekend pre-natal yoga or Pilates classes? Most seem to be during the day! Also anyone know if H-kore is a good exercise during pregnancy? Thanks in advance!
 
I'm planning on starting at the yoga room in Sheung Wan in a couple of weeks. They have evening classes. [emoji3]

Found this group a while ago but wanted to wait until the three months was up to even think about anything baby! I'm due on 19thJan. Knowing nobody with kids or who is pregnant in HK it will be good to chat over the coming months and meet up.

I've been in HK for nine months and found out last month that we are expecting!! Due date is Jan 27. Would love to join any moms groups or meet ups. Looking forward to it!

Hi all, I thought I would get this ball rolling. I am organizing a Jan due club coffee meet-up for sat 15 August in the pm. If you are free to join please PM me and I'll start a whatsapp group.
