Jan/Apr Mums - Lunch Weds 24th

Hi,

I would prefer 1 pm for lunch on Friday since 2 pm is kinda late to eat.

Here are my suggestions: Al Dente (Soho), Union Bar & Grill (IFC), or China Tee Club (Pedder Blg). It really doesn't matter where we eat as long as we get to meet up and talk.

Dink--you decide if we have too many suggestions on the table. :-) Many thanks for coordinating this luncheon.
 
Hi there

I can't make lunch on Friday...have a wedding to go to! Next time, hopefully! Anyway just wondering if anyone knows what the go is having a baby at Canossa? Someone told me that you can have your baby there under the public system - is this correct? I have had a look on their website but it doesn't really say - looks more to me like it is a private hospital?

Summertime (also on this group) could comment on Canossa - she had her first baby there and was very happy as far as I know.
 
Is it too late for me to join?

Would it be ok if I joined you all? I'm new in HK, about 3mths living here from US & having a hard time adjusting. Maybe due to the fact that the same week I got here I found out I was pregnant w/twins (due March), then morning sickness - yuck! But I'm finally feeling better :yeah2
Let me know the restaurant in Central & I should have no problem getting there 1pm. Tks!
 
Looks like it's going to be a fun gathering - 1pm is fine with me. And as we probably have a few ladies *still* suffering from morning sickness (myself included. Can you believe it, at 24 weeks!), I guess a restaurant with a diverse menu would be good... Union Bar would be good for this, and so would Azure, where they have appetiser and dessert buffet for less than HKD200. Nice and quiet too, but need to book asap.

Hi All.... great minds (not sure about that in my case....) think alike. Have just booked Union Bar and Grill at the IFC for 1pm this Friday 3 October. Those coming I think are:
