Hi All,

Is there anyone interested in Jamu(Indonesia) Postnatal Massage? The lady will come from SG to HK as I need to gather 5 to 6 mummies each months whose EDD from Oct to Jan.

The package includes:
-Hot Stones Compress
-Pilis

Normal delivery - 5 to 7 days after delivery
Caesarean - 3 weeks to 1 mth after delivery

Have always understood that for a c-section, jamu massage should only be performed 6-8 weeks after an uncomplicated delivery, only after doctor clearance. This may affect the timing for ladies who plan to have a c-section and are considering this.
 
Hi everyone

A local HK masseur offers jamu massage too. She studied with an Indon jamu massage lady in Singapore and started offering the postnatal jamu massage this year. Prior to this I had gone to her for pre-natal massage in 20008/2009. Post delivery I went to her for lymphatic massage.
