Was wondering if UHT milk is an acceptable substitute for fresh milk for a 2+ year old. Would use it only if we are out and about and can't easily buy a little carton of fresh milk.
yes, we served our son Pura UHT since he was about 15 month old and always brought a carton or two when traveling throughout Asia or on long flights back to the US.
yes, we gave our son paul's uht since 15 months old as well. now at 3 years old, we buy the smaller packaging so there was no need for refrigeration, no wastage and great for on the go. he finishes one pac a day now.
