I think one of the most important questions is why they are looking for new employment - what happened at their last job? did they family relocate or is she chosing on her own NOT to renew her contract. If so, why?? Like mentioned above, the basic questions are essential - family background, experience, what does she do in her spare time, cooking and cleaning. I believe the more explicit you are in the interview, the better the interview. If you don't give Sundays, they you need to say that. If you require her to cook, then you need to say that. Can she follow a recipe? How is her English?
