I am in the process of hiring a legal PT helper. (recommended by a friend not thru an agency)

How/where do I buy an employees' compensation insurance policy?

Also where can I find a sample of a simple contract for her to sign?

u can find the sample of contract at the immigration dept.

Insurance u can check with HSBC or any other insurance provider,
