Does anyone have infant insurance that covers the baby from earlier than 14 days, on? I don?t have maternity insurance, but am looking to insure baby as soon as possible incase we have any hiccups. It would be just for the baby ? not a mother/baby combination.

personally, i would just take the baby to a public hospital (negligible costs) as that is where the neo-natal units are anyway... why pay private costs if you can get exactly the same care for $100/day?
