Indonesian Massage & Jamu Wrap after delivery.

Hi everyone,

Im pregnant with my 2nd baby and am from Singapore and just moved to HK recently and in need of a massage and jamu wrap urgently since im due this coming March. I have a contact of a Malay/Indonesian Jamu Wrap Postnatal Massage lady in Singapore and have engaged their massage service when I was expecting my 1st baby and i must say that the therapist is excellent and i slim down well! My girlfriend even have engaged them for the second time and they are popular among the mummies here for their massage after delivery and breastfeeding support!

I have emailed them but i need at least 5-6 mummies whose EDD is end Feb and March to gather and engaged their service and then we does not even to pay for their flight tickets and accomadations! It will be waived off!

I have looked through their packages and it is quite affordable! its about HKD 750for each session 1 hour 20 minutes and it depends on the packages you take! Im going for the 10 days and might even continue to their javanese massage for a few days if i managed to gather mummies and bring them over. The good thing is that everything is inclusive such as the binder, jamu and a few more other services like the breastfeeding support and baby massage sequence all i need to prepare is only a mattress! That is very convenient for me and they also come over to your place!

Postnatal Massage After delivery

I'm a new mummy here and just move to Hk from Singapore. My due date will be in August. Before I left Singapore, my sister who had a baby advise me to have postnatal massage once I delivered. Its really something that we should not be miss as she say after a long delivery. She had her massage done by the company traditional & holistic postnatal center that is specialized with traditional jamu postnatal massage. She told me that now the company are having home service in Hk and if in a same month they have at least 5 mummies that interested will they will be here. Their therapists are all personally trained by their founder who're very popular among many mummies is Spore as she really support them with successful breastfeeding. We can also request for her personally service too as she travel to few country to serve her clients. I would like to have her personal service too if I could afford with her charges and if any august mummies who are interested, just can email them. If her charges is high , I would just consider her therapists only. But my sister say her personal service really satisfied her, till her hubby told her that their 2nd baby too will still engage her service. Jamu Postnatal Massage After Delivery

So far only you at the moment that sent interest with the massage but I'm not sure if any other mummies have sent quires to the company. Actually my mum and mil also advise me to have the massage. They say is good and benefit that I will get when I'm old as last time they do not have any massage and now they got lots of aches and pain. I was thinking to get their lady boss personal service as my sister told me that is not easy to get her as she travel to few countries to serve her clients that request her service. My hubby say he don't mind paying for such service especially regards with breastfeeding problem that she really helps many mums in Spore. We've visit her website too. I'm a Singaporean too and when I was preggy, I was desperate too to have this jamu, ulut lady to do the post massage thingy.
I found one thru this local Indonesian restaurant and I have this lady been doing massage for me even during my pregnancy. Was told not to do massage during preggy but despite that I tried with her and I never have any aches or cramps at all. Now my baby is 3 mths old I'm still engaging her service to me.
You may wanna try rather then spend the money to fly in professional.
I had the idea before too cos worrying that I can't find anyone to do massage for me. I was desperate to have confinement lady and trust me with what I went thru for the way they do here and charges for confinement I could have flown 2 Malaysian in!!! But massage this lady is not too bad and charges are cheap. PM me if you wanna try though.

Thanks for the info. Yes maybe we could meet up with other mummies too. My hubby still say he prefer someone qualified to do the massage as there is many cases that we heard about massage lady from frens that they just massage as they like that even is Singapore doctors don't even advise to practice pushing of uterus but still been practice by some of this lady. A bit scary. Take care ya!)
 
I started from my second trimester. If not comfortable pls don't have any massage during preggy.
It's all up to individual cos I didn't wanna waste time and money flying in ulut lady, so juz stick to what I got here.
 
This company jamumassagehk may I ask if they have the legal rights to work here in hongkong? Is it safe to use their service? Just my thoughts .. You never know what trouble you might get into these days ;)

Am also from Spore but I am due in early Sept and in fact I am going back to Spore for my delivery! Can't deal with all the hospital bed madness here in Hong Kong so decided to just go back to my gynae back at Gleneagles and deliver back home close to family :)

Could you give me the contact of your massage lady in Spore? Am thinking of engaging her services while I deliver in Spore in Sept ^___^
