Indian/ sri Lankan helper recommendation

Hi all,
I am looking for a full time helper urgently and seek recommendations if any . if any body has a really dependable and trustworthy helper to recommend who can take good care of little kids, please let me know . thanks so much !

Thanks Rani.. I checked these and tried contacting a few without much success. Since my helper is leaving without even completing her 1 month notice period ( lot of drama in the house which I can't bear)
With a toddler and a 3 month old I have an urgent need of reliable helper hence recommendations are welcome.

Oh dear! Am sorry you're going through this. Will let you know if I hear of anyone. Would also recommend placing your own ad on GeoExpat. I did this and was lucky enough to find a lovely Filipina helper. There are some great helpers out there so hang in there.

Hi again. I need some help in terms of suggestions as well. My helper has simply told me that she will not serve the entire notice period(only 15 days) and she would not even pay for the days o of the notice period even though it is as per the rules. I am very upset due to both, no help around and the monetary loss too. More so due the bossy attitude of the helper. As if this wasn't enough she has told us to give a good reference letter and give"positive" feedback to her new employer. I feel if i do so i will be cheating others and putting someone else in the same situation knowingly in the future.

The only reason i will give in to her bossiness is because she is at home with my kids the whole day and i fear about their safety and well being. Just to let you know that she has all 3 break contracts and still has managed to get new visa from the department by manipulating and presenting the case.
I feel cheated, fooled angry and frustrated. Please suggest or share if any one had similar experience. Help much appreciated. TIA

I'm also looking for a Indian helper and on the process of interviewing . I recently interviewed a lady named Kiran, she seems sensible. Since she is vegetarian we were reluctant to hire her . She is urgently looking for a helper . If interested plz call her 9366 5580
