Indian/Pakistani cookbook for helper

Hi All,

I have tried to teach the basics to my helper (from Philippines) but I really need a good cookbook for Pakistani/Indian foods that is targetted for foreigners (as I feel it really need to start from scratch). I am offcourse training her up but a cookbook will really help here.

you can find a big collection any of the big book stores like page one, popular, commercial press etc. Most of them are well illustrated and with easy ingredients.

Maybe you can start off my printing some recipes online and see if she can follow them.
 
If you find one let me know. I would love an 'Indian/Pakistani cookbook targeted at foreigners' for myself!

We love Indian food and I would love to prepare it at home. :-)
