ICS - School Bus for our pick up location is full...need help

Hello all,

We turned in our daughter's fall'10 bus application late.

As a result, the school's bus company advised that our stop is currently full. (e.g. We're on our own to get our kid to school in August)

We're based near the Olympian Mall and the school is Sha Tin.

Has anyone experienced this as well?

If so, what other bus company did you contact?

Any feedback will be appreciated.
