i want to buy mixer grinder

Dear Rani, i want help .......actually, my mixer grinder has stopped working and want something which can be useful .....as i want to make garam masala in it and also chutney. /since we are 2 pple and dont need that much chutney....can u suggest which mixer grinder u r using. Its difficult to make less chutney in big container....thts for shakes. I checked out philips and many other brands but cant get it. This i refer to all the indian who make chutney....and guide me.

We don't make either at home, so I'm not an expert. But if its just for 2 people, you may want to look at the Braun Handheld Blender which everyone uses for homemade babyfood. I've attached a picture below.

Pragya, yes by all means get the Braun 600 watt handheld blender/chopper/processor. It is excellent for little chutneys as well as finely dicing onions, making shakes/lassis, whatever. Best thing I've bought in years. About $300 at Sogo.
