Hi, I'm Edith
I have problem witth my 3 yrs & 7 mos old son who is so hyper active. he never stops playing and he doesnt listen much at all at home and in school. Anyone who can advise us about this.

If your son is very active, epsom salt bath before bed time will help to calm him down. Epsom salt has magnesium sulphates in it and these salts are absorbed through the skin. Rub oil on after having a bath to reduce dryness.

If your son is really hyperactive, then you may need to consult a doctor. Creeping and crawling long distances can also help. For details, pls see www.iahp.org, Glen Doman has cured many ADHD children.

Thanks for the reply, but where do you think I can buy this epsom salt, I hope you can help me out with this and would surely try this one first before consulting a doctor.
 
Hyper Active - Concentration

Why don't build them to do a assessment? They can help you to find out the problem. My experience, hyper active children cannot pay attention, hard to express emotion, bad memerious.. etc. These problem can be regulate / improve by drawing, writing, painting. The habit last for more than 30 mins can train up their attention and concentration. Gym Ex. & play group can improve their temper. Hope it helps you.
