How you pay your DH

By cash, cheque or bank-in her account? Any signed receipt and state the holiday she has taken? Thanks for sharing the experience.
 
With my previous helper we paid cash and made her sign a salary receipt and holidays taken etc every month. But I have to admit I didn't trust her at all. And I'm glad I did, cos she lied to her new employer and told her we didn't give her a ticket home and the employer called me for it. My current helper we also pay cash, but only sign at the end of each contract.
 
we would prefer to pay into her account, but she prefers cash as she sends it back to the philippines, so that's fine with us. we get her to sign a receipt for it.
 
she prefers cash, and i have a chart (my agent gave me a copy) where she signs at each month stating that she received her salary plus how many days overtime, etc.
