How to put Video on to DVD

I have hours of video footage of my children on my computer and am dying to get it transfered on to DVD so at least if something catastrophic happens with my laptop I have a hard copy. I also think it would make a nice gift for family back home.

Does anybody know where I can get it done here in HK?

most photo developing stores will do it for you (eg.Fotomax etc). If your laptop has a DVD read/write drive you can do it yourself.
