How to find a Chinese speaking helper?

I am looking for a full time, live-in helper who is a NATIVE Chinese speaker - preference for Mandarin, but could also be happy with a Cantonese speaker. What channels would you recommend? Smart Living provides some leads for Cantonese speakers, but the vast majority are live-out. Many thanks!

If I understand correctly, native Chinese are not permitted to be exported as foreign domestic workers, at least as of a couple of years ago. I only know this as my parents-in-law loved their helper in Shanghai, but was not permitted to bring her back with them when they left. However, if you can find one who is here legally w/o an FDW visa - perhaps because she's married to a local - and wants to work as a live-in domestic helper, then that would work. Good luck!
