boy, this conversation made me feel better. i just turned 35 and my doctor made me feel like the old lady of the hills. so it IS possible....

i will be 37 when I deliver my 1st in Jan and this was a natural conception. It does get harder I'm sure for us to conceive and at 35 I wouldnt wait any longer if i were you.

Good luck

I was 37 and a half for my first and 39 for my second. Hopefully I'll be able to have a third at 40 or 41. I did find my second pregnancy physically difficult and I am sure that some of these difficulties related to my age. I just don't have the energy that I used to! If I had the choice I would have prefered to have my first at 35 and had 3 in all by the time I turned 40 (however, I am complaining, I have 2 beautiful healthy babies!!).

I was 31 for my first and 34 for my second. Whenever you and your husband are ready is the right time.

My first at 35, hoping to have another one (or two) before 40 :)

I realise that most of us on this thread are having our first babies in the 30's!! I initially thought I was on the far end of the bell curve ...

wanted to just add. The real turning point these days seems to be 40 for natural conception. Not that its impossible but it gets significantly harder.

My cousin is 42 and was trying for her 3rd when she realised she was already manifesting pre mena-pausal symptons. Of course it varies with every individual but I would say you definitely still have time at 33!

I was pregnant when I was 25 and the baby came when I was 26, now 27 (so as my hubby) we are thinking about having a second one.

I am the ONLY one in my friends group that is married, the ONLY one has a baby, and some of my friends are even NEVER EVER dated before! What is wrong in this world?!

i was 25 for my first, and will be 28 when my second is born. it is nice to see there are a couple of other young mums on here too!
