How often should I change bottle Teats

Hi all, I am asking this for my cousin.
She is using the Nuk bottle for my 2 month old and I am not sure how often I should change the teats.

The sales lady who sold this to her that she should change it every week/ or two weeks, which sounds not realistic.

I checked on this forum and online for her, most said a few month but never every week.

What is your experience?

gosh, that does seem a little much! i think in the beginning stages, we changed our son's teats every 2-3 months since he would need the next level teat anyways. once they are around 8/9 months they stay at the same teat - the fast flow one for the rest of the time they are on a bottled.

I changed the bottle teats maybe 2 times in 3 months, then you need to get a bigger flow anyway... If you just have a look at the teat, you'll see if it needs to be changed.
