How much to pay a helper for a trial run?

As part of the process of finding a new helper, I'd like to have them come to my flat to do a trial run for a few hours 4-7 hrs max. They would do some cooking, cleaning, laundry so I get a feel for how they approach things and their attitude. How much should I pay a helper for a trial run? Is there an appropriate hourly rate?

60-100 per hour are the approximate part time rates for helpers.

hkd50 per hour is the govt specified rate for legal part time helpers. dont see the reason for paying more during trial.

pay $50 per hour, in case you don't like her, then you don't feel guilty ;-)
