How much to feed a 10month old?

depends on how much milk the baby is drinking, and whether or not the "jar food" is the main portion of the meal or just a supplement. by 10 mths, the baby should be drinking about 15-20oz a milk a day.

My 10.5 month old baby is probably getting about 16-18oz of breast milk a day approximately in about 4-5 feedings. It's hard to gauge exactly how much her breast milk intake is. She gets 3 solid meals plus one snack in the afternoon. Each portion of food is about 3-4 oz. She's not a very big eater, but she is very satisfied with this amount of food. I would never make her finish a 4oz portion if she didn't want to. But if she finishes her food and still seems hungry, I give her some fruit like banana or some yogurt after her meal.
