How much cow's milk to give 1 year old I'm still breastfeeding?

I've made to the decision to continue with breastfeeding, but have cut way back to mostly 2 feeds a day. My baby is very good and doesn't really ask me for milk, and there have been the odd day where she's only had one feed, usually when we're out for a whole day and she falls asleep in the car for the night before I can give her the usual night time milk. Which I'm pretty pleased about, but then my sister pointed out that she still needs to have a certain amount of milk/calcium intake per day, and I don't know what that should be. I've read people give three cups of milk a day to their toddlers, so if I breastfeed twice a day, does that mean I still need to make her drink a cup of milk in the middle of the day?

you can get calcium from things besides milk... cheese, yogurt, sesame seeds... all have lots of calcium.
