How Doctors/Hospital System Works

Hi I am new in HK and just had a positive pregnancy test :yeah2
I am very clueless about how the system works here. How do i get prenatal care? Do I call for appointment or can I just walk in queue with other patients? I am quite worried because my last pregnancy was a molar pregnancy and my OB-GYNE in my country told me to see a trophoblastic specialist (OB-GYNE also) if I get pregnant so the specialist would know how to monitor me. Hubby and I went to Queen Mary yesterday to check it out and was able to ask information about seeing a doctor. She said that I need to register to get antenatal. My big concern now is getting prenatal care first. And would anyone know if the University of HK doctors are gov't doctors or are they all private.
Thank you so much in advance for your help.

they are gov't drs/

antenatal IS prenatal. it's just another word for it.

QMH is no frills but the drs are good and the nurses are great
