Hook-on Portable Baby Chair

Does anyone knows where I can get a portable hook-on feeding chair for my 8 month-old? Also, which brands are recommended? Thanks!
 
I bought the Hoppop for our recent trip and it was great! This is definitely one of my better purchases. We used this everyday when we were away, whenever there was no highchair available, both in the vacation rentals we stayed in and in restaurants. Now that I'm back I'm using it when we go out to restaurants and when I visit family or friends.
 
Using Fisher Price booster seat bought from Toys R Us. Light, portable and height adjustable. Even my hubby thinks it's a great purchase.
 
thanks for the recommendations mums! However, these are not exactly what i had in mind. I was referring to those that you hook on the dinner table..so that the baby can be eating at the table with us..any ideas?

We bought one of these a few weeks ago at Bumps to Babes. the brand is Phil & Teds (www.philandteds.com). We haven't used ours too much yet since bubs is only 5.5 months but my brother uses it ALL the time when they travel and at restaurants for their older infant.
 
But you've got to be careful if using this kind of hook on, the table must be heavy enough, because I heard a case that using similar one and the whole dining table flipped over! @_@
