Holiday Destiantion Ideas - HELP!

Have just been told that I will have 4 October off so I have a LONG weekend for the National Day holiday.

I need some ideas on where to take a short trip!

Not a lot of requirements. I prefer to stay at ShangriLa because they always take good care of the kids but willing to explore something similar. Would also like a short direct flight from Hong Kong.

Any tips VERY welcome

Shangri-La Resort in Penang, Malaysia
Shangri-La Resort on Sentosa Island, Singapore
Sheraton in Hua Hin, Thailand
Phuket, Thailand (most resorts are child-friendly)
Bali, Indonesia (Nusa Dua has most of the child-friendly resorts like Grand Hyatt, Conrad etc...)
Four Seasons on Langkawi, Malaysia - island is basically made up for resorts

i've always wanted to try: plantation bay in cebu... not a shangri-la, but looks gorgeous!

Shangri -la Sentosa is great - kids loved the waterslides
We REALLY enjoyed the one in Cebu! Great pool AND beach!
