Has anyone heard of the HKSPC before? Or had experience with their child-minding services? I checked their website and they seem to offer very useful services at reasonable prices which I thought did not exist in HK. Not quite sure who their target groups are, though. Any feedback appreciated.

Is this the Social Welfare Dept or a subsidiary of? If so, you can try to apply but I was told that the waiting lists are long and these services are intended for low-income families.
