HK Fertility Dr. Costs - hit me with it!

Right, give it to me straight. What are the approximate costs for seeing a fertility Dr in HK?

Am I right to assume the Fertility Dr, ultrasounds, medication etc is all billed separately?

I'm not looking at IVF, more follicular and ovulation stimulation.

I recently did ovulation stimulation on Feramid at OT&P clinic. I only had 5 days of treatment and it was around 500HKD but it depends on the dose and the product the doctor prescribes. Good luck !
 
Thanks for this, really helpful. I?ve seen a Fertility Dr at a clinic in central, $1,600-2,500 / ultrasound (she did 3) to tell me I?m not ovulating. Which I already knew, I was so angry. She then quoted me $20k to do one cycle on Ginal F. There has to be another way as that?s ridiculous.
 
Oh yes I didn?t mention the cost per ultrasound which wasn?t so high as yours, around 900hkd each time
I find everything very expensive in the private here but that?s how it is. If you have a HKID you might check procedures in public hospitals ?
I chose to go for IVF now but prices are also too high, I might look for public places
