Hiring a local helper through ERB

Hello,
Since a live out FDH is illegal, I'm considering contacting the ERB (Employees Retraining Board) for the local ones. Has anyone hired a full time helper through them ?
If yes, are/were you satisfied ? How much should I expect to pay a full time
(monthly not hourly) ?

Only ever hired a part timer through ERB, before I had children. For cleaning the apartment and ironing. Paid $60 HKD per hour. She worked with us for 2 years and it worked out very well.

We plan to do the same this Christmas & New Year, whilst our full time helper is at home with her family in Manilla.
