I intend to get my son have all the vaccinations at the public health centre. The problem is they do not offer the HIB vaccine as part of their immunisation program. Does anyone have their child vaccinated for HIB separately in private clinic ? ...where and when (at which mth age) can this be done ? I would really appreciate advice for this....many thanks !
 
Yes, you can definitely have your child vaccinated at the public health centre and then go to a private doctor for the other vaccines that the public health centre does not carry (e.g. chicken pox, Prevenar, etc.) Best to check with your doctor about which vaccine to give to your child when...
 
I paid 470 for the 5-in-1 at a private doctor`s for the first time at 2 months. They recommend that you go pretty much exactly then, and definitely not before.
 
Hi, I have a daughter 2 years old and I would like to do chicken pox vaccination for her. I heard that it's a free of charge at the government clinic? Is it true?
