Helper's Helper

I have read some posts where people refer to 'Helper's Helper' as a good resource to use when employing an amah.
We have just moved to HK and are completely new to the idea of a helper - and to be honest I am not convinced yet that employing a helper is the right choice for us. It is really hard for me to imagine having someone live with us and difficult to understand what a helper would do all day long.
We have a 3 yr old who will start pre-school in Aug/Sept and I am currently not working but my husband works long hours and travels a lot. Interested/open to exploring (and hubbie is really pushing for it - mostly bc we are not really into cooking but love food) so for now looking for tips on how to get started with the process and what to do once/if we find someone.
Does anyone know how to get a copy of "Helper's Helper"? Can I get it in a bookstore or order online? Appreciate any input and advice.
