Helper wanted in July/Aug- expecting a newborn in Oct- any recommendations?

Hi there, we are expecting our first child in October and are looking for a reliable helper with good English communication skills to start end of July or early August. Ideally, we would love to work with one who has been employed by an Expat family previously.
