helper pay raise and vacation questions

Hello,
couple of helper questions. ours is coming up on the 1 year of service mark and we have been quite happy with her. I understand she will be entitled to 7 days of vacation. Are we obliged to give her a plane ticket home as well? I vaguely recall that we are but can't find the regulation.
Also, is there are good standard of practice for an appropriate pay increase for 1 year of service? 5%? 10%? also, we are thinking about a second child - is there a general sense that her pay should increase in that situation as well? Thanks.

as far as i know the vacation should eb given at the end of the contract along with a plane ticket home. if you renew her contract then, you also provide the plane ticket back, making it a round trip.

you do not need to give a pay increase, that is up to you, so whatever you decide is fine. we gave ours one at the end of the contract not in the middle of it.

again, pay should be commensurate (did i spell that right?) with work and performance. we gave ours an increase of 10% or so. but we also give ours little perks throughout.
