would u pls kindly tell me why you don't renew her contract? Is she a good helper? Because I've a 14 month old baby boy and urgently need someone who are responsible and have good common sense.

Could you please give me alittle more details on your helper? For eg. why don't you renew her contract? I have a 4 months baby boy, and I am looking for a helper immediately, since I will go back to work on Feb1.
