Help with visiting twin babies

My brother is bringing back his family to HK to visit, and they have 10 month old twins. I'm desperately looking for 2 cots I could borrow for 2 weeks in mid October. Does anyone have a cot that they aren't using right now which I could borrow?

Any suggestions on do's and don'ts for carting round 10 month olds in a side-by-side baby stroller in HK, and places which we could take them that the kids would like? (I'm going to get the guide to where you can go with strollers)
 
I read in the List magazine this week that The Hong Kong YWCA (3/F 1 MacDonnell Road Central Tel: 34761340) has a range of baby equipment for short term hire - strollers, car seats, portable cots, high chairs.
