Help! What docs for helper to go home early??

Our helper's mom is very ill and she wants to go home to the Philippines see her asap. Apparently sheneeds some OAC from the Philippine consulate before she can leave.

Can someone tell me what paperwork she needs to bring with her to the Philippine consulate in order to get this OAC document? Airticket? Letter from us (her employer)??

We need to know right now as we are trying to get her a ticket to leave for tomorrow (!) Also will she be able to get this OAC right away??

OAC is given on the spot in the consulate. May have to wait in line for a while though. In the past we have given our helper a signed letter stating that she will be returning to her employment with us when she returns. We usually give the date of her return too, if known.
