Despite my effort to clean them religiously everyday, my daughter's teeth are getting cavities. She said it hurts when she bites into something cold.
She is 2.5 now. I took her to a dentist (family dentist with an interest in children) for check-up, but she refused to open her mouth. After I noticed early signs of tooth decay (white decalcification spots and plague), I took her to the dentist again for teeth-cleaning. We tried everything, she still refused to open her mouth.
I'd like to take her to a pediatric dentist and hope they have special "tricks" or tools to deal with stubborn young children. Any recommendations will be much appreciated!
