Help! Just strained my thumb, will need help with my two kids!

Hello all,
I fell down today on a slippery floor and strained my big toe. It is very painful tonight, I can hardly walk and the doctor told me it would be long to heal. I have two young kids (2.5 years and 1 year) and my husband who just started a new job cannot take care of the kids during the day. I feel panicked. Do you know of anybody caring who could help me with the kids at least a few hours a day? That is the first time I am asking for help but I really don't know how I can do without now.

I don't know anyone at the moment, but maybe try In safe hands? It's under the new listings and I'm not sure if it is expensive, but might give you a hand with the short notice? Good luck!
