Help! Hiring a helper .!

hello.

i was introduced a filipina who want to work in my house as a helper,

and my friend sent her here, now she is in my house, with all document for maid visa.

my friend said, do maid visa process here in hongkong

but i checked that she can only stay here for 14days as tourist

if she process of maid visa here, during that time, she can stay here until finish the visa?

i heard that it will take 4~6weeks,

or she needs to go to out of country for getting 14days again? or needs to go back to her country? or she can stay here for finishing visa matter? or is there anyway she can finish visa matter here in hongkong?
