hello,

I need help to understand health insurance in hong kong, I saw an agent of AXA, and I didn't understand. all consultations are not reimbursed, and about injection of my baby? only in case of big problem we are reimbursed?

Can you explain me this system?

If you want really good coverage you have to go for expat insurance schemes (which tend to cover most things but obviously has a very high premium) and not the local insurance schemes.
 
There are many Goodhealth, William Russell, Allianz but to name a few. You really have to shop around and check out what is covered and how much the premiums are.
