Having a baby in HK

Dear all
I have just found out that I am pregnant with my 2nd child and I am over the moon. My first child was born in the UK and now am considering to go through antenatal check ups and birth here in HK. How do I go about doing this? Please advise (probably either go public all the way or go private for check ups and give birth public) as I am very confused. If someone can guide me the procedure of doing this.

You can have a mixed mode: go for both private and public checkups and then think about giving birth private or public. But you have to make sure the private doctor is available when you give birth and to book a place in the public hospital if you plan to go public. The private doctors and the public hospital won't mind if you choose a mixed mode, and you save money by doing most tests at the public hospital.
