HarbourView Place or Parkview with 3.5yr + 4mo old?

We're moving to HK in a month - work is in IFC2 - and have been presented with HarbourView Place or Parkview as temporary accommodation for 1-2 months. With 3.5 year-old and 4 month-old boys now living in Central London, used to city centre living, we were leaning towards HVP but we've heard that it will be too "isolated" for a mom & two kids with husband at work.

Are we crazy to consider HVP over Parkview?
 
Thanks - I'm still leaning toward HVP because I don't think any family-unfriendliness (compared to PV) can be _that_ bad for a month or so...

would still be interested in the experiences of parents with toddlers in HVP
