Happy Valley - play options

I've been hearing of an indoor public playroom in Happy Valley. Can anyone please give me more information about it -- where is it located? Is it just free play or do they have structured playgroups?

We are moving next month to Happy Valley and would like to know more about where we can take our 18 month old toddler, apart from the public playground by the side of the race track (near the tram station).
