Happy Valley and Sai Wan Ho mums

I m 17w and living in HV. I would love to move to DB but my hubby is not so keen, he wants to stay on the island. I would like to ask HV mums where do you go with newborn around HV, are there any play groups, mums playdates!
My friend licea in Sai Wan Ho a d she recomends it as it has few parks and playgrands! Are there any play groups / dates in Sai Wan Ho? Are there many expat mums there?
Your imput lovely ladies would be greatly appriciated!
 
I've found happy valley to be an excellent area for kids. With a newborn, I would take walks around the race course and once my daughter was old enough (even as young as 6 months) I brought her to the indoor playroom above the market. I think the playroom is good until 4 or 5 years. There is also a library with a kids area in the same building. When the weather is cooler, we go to the outdoor playground across from the trams. And some days with a newborn, I'd just hang out at Starbucks or pacific coffee - I've met some other moms there who were doing the same thing.
