Haircut for Curly Hair

Can anyone reccomend a place for a hair cut for curly hair in HK Island?

Also wanted to know how frequently do you wash hair for preschooler, i ten to clean it with water everyday but invariably she has wet hair when she goes to school. Is it safe to use hair dryer for children?

We shampoo their hair every day.

I think it should be okay as long as you use the cool setting.

Before going to school, we wash their faces, brush their teeth, etc., but they get bathed only before bedtime, unless they get super grimy and sweaty from playing.

In the summer, when they get more than 1 bath/shower a day, they get shampooed only once; the other times, it's just rinsing their hair off with water.
