Hair Straightening

Has anything one had hair straightening perm after the birth of your baby? It will almost be 3 months since I've given birth and I would like to have my hair straightened as it's pretty frizzy and takes ages to dry and style. Will be going back to work in a couple of weeks time hence do not want to waste time on my hair as I rather spend this time with by baby.

I know that some mother suffers from hair loss after giving birth but my hair is still pretty thick. Will I have to delay my hair straightening?
 
I didn't do anything to my hair during my whole pregnancy neither, so I got hair perm one month right after my girl was born!
 
I had my hair straightened about 6 months post-birth, by the time I got around to it - found my hair to be exactly the same texture/weight as before.

Thanks for your speedy reply. Will book an appointment at the hairdresser's next week - can't wait to get rid of my unmanageable hair!
