has anyone managed to colour their hair during preganancy and got away without any harmful side effects. ..i have heard that only ammonia-free hair colour is safe but am a little scared about that too....i am only 32 but am greying like 50!...so pls. advise.
I coloured my hair throughout my pregnancy and had no side effects at all. The only thing I did was, I changed from a permanent colour to a semi-permanent colour which has less chemicals.
